HELLO,
I'M
INES

I'm currently completing my Master of Narrative Therapy
at the Dulwich Centre, where I'm training in an approach that honors your story exactly as it is—including the
chapters that hurt.

My background in creative writing (Master's) and languages (BA) taught me that every story has power, and every voice deserves to be heard without translation into clinical jargon.

I started Hurt Feelings after doing a lot of my own healing work. I know how hard it can be to do that alone, and I want to support others through their own process.

Session formats

Individual therapy

One-on-one sessions where we focus entirely on your story, your goals, and your preferred way of being in the world.

Couples therapy

We help you externalise the problems that have come between you and rediscover the connection that brought you together.

Family therapy

We work with the whole family system to identify stuck patterns and create new possibilities for relating to each other.

Safety & Privacy policy
While I'm completing my Master of Narrative Therapy at the Dulwich Centre, I'm offering free sessions to break down barriers to getting support. This isn't charity—it's part of my commitment to making therapy accessible while I develop my practice.
After six sessions, we'll check in

We'll take time to reflect on how our work together is feeling for you. This isn't about measuring progress or ticking boxes—it's about making sure you're getting what you need from our sessions and deciding together how you want to continue.

What happens next is up to you

Some people find that six sessions gives them what they're looking for. Others want to keep going. There's no pressure either way—you're the expert on what works for your life, and I'll support whatever decision feels right for you.
